What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a powerful three-stage active breathing technique (inhale/inhale/exhale) performed through the mouth while lying down. This style of breathwork hyper-oxygenates and alkalizes the bloodstream, activating the parasympathetic nervous system and quieting the linear, ego-driven mind. Promoting a sense of holistic balance. It has the unique ability to access the subconscious, helping to release stored memories, negative emotions, unconscious patterns, stagnant energy, and trauma held within the body.

Through this practice, participants enter a flow state that can feel like a waking dream, facilitating a higher state of consciousness and a clearer, deeper connection to self.

What is Reiki?

Reiki energy healing is a gentle, non-invasive practice that channels universal life force energy to promote balance and well-being in the body, mind, and spirit. Through light touch or hovering hands, a Reiki practitioner helps clear blockages, encouraging the flow of energy and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal. This practice can ease stress, release emotional and physical tension, and restore harmony, leaving recipients with a sense of calm, clarity, and revitalization.
