Heal Your Bones: My Secret to Bone Strength & Resilience

It was a sunny afternoon when misfortune struck – I was in a hurry to get to the gym and I tumbled down a flight of stairs on the way out the door, and the next thing I knew, I felt this excruciating sharp pain my foot. Ouch, right? A quick ride to the emergency room confirmed I had broken my foot!

Suddenly, as an avid yoga practitioner and someone who loves a daily walk, my world felt restricted, limited by the confines of crutches and a boot.
