Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Healing Is Being | Somatic Soul Breathwork Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To honour everyone's time and ensure availability for other clients, the following cancellation policy applies. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours' notice is requested to cancel or reschedule your appointment. More than 24 hours' notice: You may reschedule your appointment or request a refund. Less than 24 hours' notice: The session fee is non-refundable, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. No-shows: Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable, subject to applicable law. Three-Session Packages For clients who have purchased a three-session package, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments may result in one session being deducted from the package, subject to applicable law. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next scheduled appointment. The full session fee will still apply. Facilitator Cancellations If Healing Is Being needs to cancel your appointment, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule or receive a refund for the affected session. Emergencies & Illness I understand that unexpected circumstances arise. If you are experiencing an emergency or illness, please reach out as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered on an individual basis. Agreement By booking a session or purchasing a package, you acknowledge this cancellation policy. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Thank you for respecting the time and energy dedicated to creating a supportive space for your journey.
