In the realm of Tibetan wisdom, meditation can be understood as a process of becoming intimately acquainted with the self. It serves as a powerful tool for transcending the ceaseless activity of our analytical mind, which often keeps us trapped in states of heightened brain wave activity. This analytical mind is essential for navigating life's challenges, helping us discern right from wrong and known from unknown. However, when stress enters the equation, our brain becomes overwhelmed by the fight-or-flight response, causing excessive overanalysis. This inundation perpetuates the emotional patterns of our past, steering us further away from our subconscious mind, where inner peace resides.


Crucially, it is important to acknowledge that our inner world reflects our external reality. This introspective journey takes us deep into the subconscious mind, where lifelong programming and belief systems reside. By recognizing and rewriting these ingrained patterns, we can break free from the constraints that hinder our personal growth and self-discovery.


Meditation serves as the gateway to the subconscious, allowing us to unearth these hidden beliefs and begin the process of transformation. It is during meditation that we gain insight into these deep-seated thought patterns, enabling us to become architects of our own destiny. As we confront these limiting beliefs, we forge new pathways in our minds, aligning ourselves with the change we seek.

To change our subconscious mind, we must transcend the analytical mind and embrace peace. We need to accept, believe in, and surrender to the idea that we can change our perspective and our lives by being present.


Meditation is the key to understanding who we truly are. It allows us to control our brainwaves, fostering inner peace and self-awareness. By repeatedly training our minds and bodies to reside in this state, we unlock the potential to shape our reality, shift our consciousness to higher states, and achieve lasting change.
